I saw Abby for baby Botox and had such a good experience. I had been thinking about getting Botox in my forehead for a while but was pretty nervous about it. Abby spent time discussing all of my options with me and was very thorough about the difference in the types of Botox products. She was so knowledgeable and I felt safe in the hands of an RN with her experience. The actual treatment was easy and I barely felt the pokes. Abby reassured me when I didn’t see results quickly and we found that it takes a bit longer for the product to start working for me. I plan to continue going to Gattoni for Botox and have also booked laser hair removal with Abby which I’m so excited about! The Gattoni office was cute, clean and comfortable. I’ve been recommending Abby to all of my friends! ~ Hannah S

I have been a patient of Lea's since 2018 when she was practicing in Colorado Springs. I truly can't say enough good things about her. I live over an hour away and make the trip to see her because she is simply the best in the business. I made the poor decision to see someone more local to me, because of the drive time to Denver, and they completely messed things up. I went to Lea to fix it, and now make the 1.5 hour drive. I will not go elsewhere! She is incredibly knowledgeable and a true expert in her field. On top of this, she is is one of the most kind and caring medical professionals I have ever met, (I have high expectations and I work in the medical field). I wanted to share my experiences regarding Lea. She is helping me maintain my hair volume as a 55 year old man. We discussed multiple options and have chosen stem cell injections as opposed to PRP. Lea is extremely knowledgeable about the many options that are available and we both, as a team, decided on the best treatment for me. That’s exactly what you want in a doctor-someone that works with the patient. She also has such a friendly, easy going personality you forget she is your doctor. I can’t recommend Lea enough for whatever service you might need…. 3 months later I am getting great results from the treatments provided by Lea to maintain my hair volume. I made a super impulsive decision to get dysport injections (instead of my usual Botox) when a few of my girlfriends invited me to go with them. I was nervous, but after my experience with Lea, I was SO comfortable. I had a ton of questions for her and she explained in great detail everything I needed to know about what she was doing, the product itself, price breakdown and more. The Dysport injections were quick and painless, I was shocked. After waiting a week now, there is absolutely no movement in my forehead. Lea was very smart in recommending me to leave in between my eyebrows alone so I can still have some movement, and I am so glad that she did! I’m a 38 year old mother of a 3 year old. I’m a nutritionist and I have PCOS. I’ve tried strict diets, different exercise programs (likely overdoing it), supplements, and prescriptions, but nothing ever seemed to help longterm. I’ve been getting Botox and filler injections for about 8 years, and I have to say, Lea Gattoni is one of the most meticulous injectors I’ve ever met. As a new customer, she spent a full 2 hours carefully mapping out my face, focusing on asymmetrical areas instead of just adding more filler. Right away, I felt a sense of trust rather than being pressured to buy more. She even uses special insulin needles that don’t dull as quickly, which I’ve never seen before! Gattoni Medical Aesthetics is simply the best! I had abbey, who did both my jawline filler and my TMJ Botox. I was so nervous walking in, and boy did I have nothing to worry about! If you are considering any kind of treatment in the denver are look no further! I came because of the reviews and absolutely understand why they are so glowing upon leaving! Abby did a phenomenal job, and put my mind at ease. Her kindness and medical precision are impossible to ignore. I won’t go anywhere else after coming here! I found this clinic purely by accident on a related Google search and I am so incredibly glad I did. I suffer from horrible tension migraines due to extremely tight Traps. I booked online the process was so easy I loved it. I saw Abby McGuire and she was so amazing! She really educated me on the products she was using and her process. She also took the time to go through timelines and made sure I understood that I would need to go through some trial to get it perfect. I told her my budget and she worked with me so well. I appreciated that she took the time to make sure I really understood the process. She also took the time to asses where she thought the best spots would be to place the units based off my anatomy and most tender spots. Its been like 2.5 hours and even in this short time my jaw, the muscles behind my eyes and my brown ridge have all relaxed greatly.
